“Really didn’t enjoy it . thr main outside pool wasn’t open so crammed into side pool. You had to purchase flip flops and caps to use the place. Took ages to get served despite having on line tickets and noone gave us advice on which turnstile to go into. Had to ask a random staff member . Would not recommend.”

“Use of card is easy and transportation a breeze, but the directions for obtaining the card are confusing. It says they can be delivered to your hotel, but you still have to go somewhere else to register for them, but that turned out to be wrong! So we did extra steps for nothing.”

“Most memorable was arriving and not being able to get tickets. There was some trouble between tour operator and your system. Our receipt was there but could not activate tickets. One of your guest services ladies made a couple of calls and tried to help us, but to no avail. We managed to contact operator and did get the problem rectified over an hour later.
