The place is everything that it said it is, a wonderful place to relax, to re-energize, to enjoy nature, and etc. We liked everything the facility had to offer. The steam room was the best for me although I liked everything else. My only request is for the restaurant on site to offer more food choices on their menu to accommodate all guests. “Mon expérience au Spa Strom de Saint-Sauveur a été très bonne. L’endroit est magnifique et invite vraiment à la détente. Le personnel est aimable, professionnel et attentionné. Je n’ai eu aucun problème avec les billets d’entrée, tout était bien organisé. Le seul point à améliorer concerne le restaurant : la cuisine est très gastronomique, mais les portions sont plutôt petites par rapport au prix. Malgré cela, l’expérience globale reste très agréable et je recommande le spa.”

We booked the trip expecting the gondola and hot pool, however both were closed and we expected a similar experience to replace them. It was disappointing to not have that experience since it was the prime attraction that was purchased.”

“the spa was wonderful, staff there were very accommodating. the bus was not so great. arrived 15min late without warning, so I wasn't sure if I was even in the right place. then it's was so cramped. I was sat in the back row corner, theres no place for my feet (over the tires) back there. no place to put my coat or bag but on my lap. I was half off of the actual seat because it was such a tight squeeze. for a 2 hour drive, every bump in the road resulted in my ribcage collide with the van wall.
